Suzanne Head

Suzanne Head is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Brooklyn, NY. She has developed a unique technique of sifting colored glass powder onto sheet glass and firing it in a kiln to create imagery resembling her paintings and drawings. She was an Emerging Artist in Residence at Pilchuck Glass School in 2023 and was featured on the cover of Glass Art Magazine in 2020. Her work has been exhibited at various galleries including Bullseye Projects, Penland Gallery, and the Society of Illustrators. Suzanne has also spent time traveling, teaching workshops, and painting murals.
