Hallie Cat
Hallie Cat, whose real name is Hallie Krebs, grew up in upstate New York as the youngest of nine children. Her passion for horses led her to work with them, including for an Olympic show jumper in Switzerland. Her journey into glassblowing began with a high school field trip to the Corning Museum of Glass, leading her to apprentice by cleaning a glass shop for lessons. She is known for her intricate "carved paintings" on glass, inspired by artists like Van Gogh and her travels, and also creates detailed glass ornaments and tiny glass "Birkin bags." Hallie holds a bachelor's degree in sculpture from the University of New Hampshire and currently works at The Portal studio in Arvada, Colorado.
