Grimm Glass

Karl Taylor, known as Grimm Glass, is a borosilicate glass artist who began his journey in 1999. He is renowned for his intricate murrine work and innovative vacuum sealing technique, which allows him to encase objects within glass to create detailed scenes. Taylor is largely self-taught, having learned from "the glass bible from Bandu Dunham." He is inspired by artists who push boundaries in glass art and is dedicated to creating complex, multi-layered glass pieces.
