Derek "Dwreck" White is a glass artist known for his dark, heavy metal-inspired designs, incorporating occult imagery, skulls, pentagrams, and nude women. He began his glass art journey after high school and film school in Ithaca, New York, where he connected with other prominent glass artists. His distinctive style emerged after he learned sandblasting, a technique he uses to create his unique pieces. Dwreck has participated in various glass competitions, including winning first place in the marble category at the 2nd annual Eugene Glass School Flame Off.
